Phil Underwood is a British folk/roots singer/songwriter . He performs folk, cajun, blues, appalachian, french and his own traditionally influenced songs and tunes. He is the recipient of three international awards and has appeared on eight albums in the UK, Europe and the USA. Phil is internationally recognised for his skill on the cajun accordion, he also plays guitar, fiddle, melodeon and percussion. He lives on a canal boat and is now writing new songs for the canal. His current projects include membership of two acclaimed bands, the Creole Brothers and now KARA. Phils past achievements include playing for The Fishwives, selection for audition for War Horse in London and a stage appearance with Bill Bailey at Wembley.
